Morning Worship ‑ 10:30 am
Church School for our children and discussion groups for
adults are offered Sunday morning from 9:45 to 10:15 am from
time to time. Please check the Calendar for more information.
A time of fellowship and conversation follows our worship.

A variety of opportunities are offer throughout the year.
For example, in December you can attend the Advent Events with
a simple supper, carols, crafts and a class. Or during Lent – the
six weeks before the Celebration of Easter – Family Evenings in
Lent offer dinner and a brief time of extraordinary worship and inspiration.
At other times we focus on a special study or offer Bible Study
from 7:15 to 8:30 pm. Check the calendar, phone the Church Office

Vesper Music at Five is a series of afternoon concerts for
the greater Portland community. The concerts are held in our
Sanctuary on various Sundays at Five P.M. and feature a variety
of musicians and performers in a setting with extraordinary
acoustics. There is no charge for the concerts; a free‑will
offering is taken for their support.

volunteering
The congregation is active in the community in a variety of
ways. For example, serve on Saturday mornings at the Oregon
Food Bank, helping to feed the hungry, or give to The Great
Overcoat Offering. Fresh News and the Calendar tells what is
happening.

early childhood development center
This experience for preschool children, ages three and four
years, meets during the weekday mornings. It is directed by
master teacher Gretchen Nelson. Check the Early Childhood
Center page for the latest information. Email us for
information on arranging a visit and enrolling your child.
