The Early Childhood Development Center is a program for the
growth of the young child and supporting families. It is
for preschool children ages three and four and their families
and operates as a service for the community and neighborhood.
The Center is exciting and innovative and provides a multifaceted
curriculum consistent with the needs of young children. Family members
volunteer in the classroom on a daily basis. We offer parent education,
and families are involved in decision making regarding the Center.
Our educational philosophy and practice is Reggio inspired. Information
regarding this particular Reggio Emilia approach to early childhood education
